Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Syndeo, Inc. (“Syndeo”, “we”) collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers our marketing site and the Syndeo application.

Information we collect

• Account data — name, work email and workspace details you provide when you sign up.
• Customer data — the records you bring into Syndeo (accounts, contacts, tickets, usage). You control this data; we process it on your behalf.
• Usage data — how you interact with the product, used to improve reliability and experience.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, to support you, and to communicate about your account. We do not sell personal data, and we never use your customer data to train shared or third-party models.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from the app, or by contacting privacy@syndeo.app. We honour GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA rights requests.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Syndeo. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

Your account

You’re responsible for your workspace, the users you invite, and keeping credentials secure. Roles and permissions are yours to configure.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Syndeo to break the law, infringe rights, or disrupt the service. You retain ownership of your customer data; you grant us the limited rights needed to run the service for you.

Plans & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance per the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid term.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.

Data Processing Addendum

Our DPA forms part of the agreement for customers subject to GDPR or similar laws. Syndeo acts as a processor of the customer data you upload; you are the controller.

• We process customer data only on your documented instructions.
• Personnel with access are bound by confidentiality.
• We apply the technical and organizational measures described in our Trust center.
• International transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses; EU or US data residency is available on Enterprise.
• We assist with data-subject requests and notify you of any breach without undue delay.

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage.

• Essential — authentication and security. Always on.
• Preferences — remember your theme and layout choices.
• Analytics — privacy-respecting, aggregate product analytics. Optional.

You can manage non-essential cookies from the banner or your browser settings.

We use a short list of vetted providers to deliver Syndeo. Each is bound by data-protection terms consistent with our commitments.
